Returns and exchange

Owner: replace the bracketed parts with your real terms before you go live.

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is wrong, tell us on WhatsApp within [48 hours] of delivery.

• Size exchange: available on sneakers within [3] days, if the pair is unworn and in its box. Return shipping: [paid by the customer].
• Damaged or wrong item: send an unboxing video and photos on WhatsApp. We will replace it or refund you.
• Refunds: processed to your original payment method within [5–7] working days after we receive the item.
